Edinburgh University Press is excited to announce a new partnership with Andrew Nurnberg Associates International. With immediate effect, ANA will act as EUP’s rights agent in China.
Announcing the move, Avril Cuthbert, Rights Manager for EUP said 'We are delighted to be on board with such a well-established and highly respected rights agency such as ANA. The sale of translation rights to China forms a key part of our strategy to grow our rights revenue this financial year, and we are sure this collaboration will lead to us achieving our targets. We also anticipate our books reaching a wider readership within the Chinese market, and hope that this will give greater exposure to the high-quality research our authors produce.'
Doug Wallace, Managing Director for ANA, commented 'Andrew Nurnberg Associates International and our Beijing Representative office are thrilled to make public our partnership with Edinburgh University Press as their exclusive literary co-agent in China. We are delighted to be working together to present their esteemed authors to Chinese readers and look forward to playing our small part in further establishing the award-winning EUP as a major player in global academic publishing.'
