Alex Oxford – Rising Star

We’re delighted to share the news that Alex Oxford (Journals Publishing Assistant at Edinburgh University Press) has been selected as one of four winners of this year’s ALPSP Rising Star Award, which is sponsored by the PLS.

This award is in recognition of all the incredible work Alex has done in her first year at EUP. She has contributed to the ECR Hub and Journal Editor roundtables, presented to staff meetings on OA models and the activities of various working groups (Digital, Sports & Social, Core Values), participated in the EUP organising committee for Redux 2024 and (outside of EUP) acted as a Speaker Coordinator on the SYP Scotland Conference Committee for 2023.
