Fran Benavente

Fran Benavente is an Associate Professor at the Department of Communication at Pompeu Fabra University (Spain). He is the author of El héroe trágico del western. El género y sus límites (The Tragic Hero in Westerns: Genre and Its Limits, 2017) and co-editor of Poéticas del gesto en el cine europeo contemporáneo (Poetics of Gesture in Contemporary European Cinema, 2013).
